Ignatian 101: Foundations of our Ignatian Tradition

This four-part series will introduce new faculty and staff (or collaborators new to Jesuit Education) to the distinctive dimensions of SCU’s Jesuit Catholic mission and character. Participants will engage with a cohort of other colleagues as a means of building community while illuminating and activating the Ignatian tradition in their work. 

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Exploring the Legacy: Five Centuries of the Ignatian Tradition
  • Ignatian Spirituality and Our Jesuit Values
  • Characteristics of Jesuit Higher Education
  • Jesuit Higher Education across the world and in the peripheries
